Covid-19 Protocol

Appointment experience

  • Only patients allowed in the treatment area, guests accompanying patients must wait in the car
  • Communicate concerns via our Live Chat portal or Virtual Assessment Portal
  • Scheduling will be done via phone as much as possible
  • The lobby will be closed, we ask that guests accompanying patients wait in their car
  • Use of digital communication instead of hard copies
  • We request patients wear their own mask or mouth covering to limit infection transmission
  •  Every patient will be sent a health history update form to identify patients that may have been exposed to COVID.  In addition, a separate consent form will be sent

Safety measures

  • Temperature taken on anyone entering the building (staff and patients). Individuals with fever not granted entry
  • Additional personal protection equipment (PPE) to protect spread of infection between patients and staff
  • Additional barriers placed on high touch surfaces in treatment area
  • Air purifiers have been placed in all treatment areas with HEPA filters
  • Doors in the office propped open to limit handle touch
  • Discontinued access to beverage station
  • Discontinued access to video game station
  • Discontinued access to tooth brush station
  • Additional COVID specific OSHA training for staff
  • Hourly disinfecting of office 
  • Treatment chairs spaced no less than 6 feet apart
  • Hand sanitizer is readily available to all patients and staff
